Giving Tuesday

It’s that time of year again! We have set up a new campaign for Giving Tuesday/Year End Donations.

Click the link below to make a contribution and feel free to share it with anyone who might be interested. We appreciate any size donation as it’s often said, “If everyone gives a little, no one has to give a lot.”

Your donations count! And have helped bring many events, hikes, park improvements, accessibility options, and more to Maybury State Park.

Two recent park improvements that were funded by memberships, community donations, and grants are: 

1. Two (2) EnChroma Viewfinders for people with red/green color blindness to be able to see colors in nature.
2. The 7 Mile Road Pedestrian entrance.

*No tax dollars funded these projects.*

The Friends of Maybury State Park is run entirely by volunteers and is funded entirely by memberships, donations, and grants. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by law. 

Another way to support us – at no cost to you – is through Kroger Community Rewards.

Log into your Kroger Account and choose Friends of Maybury State Park (BC384) for your Community Rewards organization. Any transactions using your Shopper’s Card number will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Kroger donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations.
